We consider this option the last resort if you have experienced a stall that was not broken by an apple day and you have not seen any weight losses for over 5-6 days. Drink water, tea, and coffee when you want and in whatever quantity you want, but do not eat anything until dinner. For dinner you can have a 100-gram steak with 1 apple or tomato BUT not both. Resume the 500-calories diet the following day. Again, do this only when the weight lose is stalled and you don’t fell hungry.
